So an incident happened at ~ 9:20-9:30 PM PST on 5/23/11.

I just need clarification on what happened.

So a player, Squirtle, falls into the pit, but manages to catch himself on the sides. He waits for the heavy to come and kill him. However, he didn't. Spleenter/TgameP/Some other admin kicked him for "racism." Problem is, there wasn't any racism I saw. It could be a lag spike so that I didn't see the message he said.

That's what I saw, no one on the server clarified for me, even though I asked a few times.

What really did happen?

EDIT: I did have the mic glitch(where the people who said something got stuck on my screen), so I guess I couldn't hear spleenter after, so maybe he clarified it. Still want clarification though.

Isn't Racism at the top of list of things to kick for?

I haven't played TF2 in forever, but I'm pretty sure that the commands are bound to 1-Player Commands -> 2-Kick (pretty sure one is ban) -> 1,2,or 3-Racism.

Either that, or they have a button bound to kick and that just shows up anyway. Spleenter should have just slayed him, honestly.

it might be th top reason to kick for, but its never the real reason. kicking for racism is most of the time saying "kicking because I can and its the funserver"

Ok. that was fireproof that kicked him for racism. And "racism" is his default kick because he is bored.

I'm guessing they haven't heard a rule I think many people apply here

This is a month late, but I should reply to this.

I honestly wouldn't care about who gets kicked if it wasn't for stuff that people actually get kicked for.

i.e. People actually do get banned/kicked for racism. If it was for a reason that people don't really get kicked for, then I wouldn't have said anything.

Here,another month late post i should've made earlier;Go to options --> Voice --> Test Microphone.It should fix the mic problems.But they usually will screw up again within 5 minutes,so you'll have to repetitively do this.

That works?
I thought the only solution to that was to type "retry" in the console.
