Valve Rocket Launcher?

I haven't played TF2 in a while. When I decided to play again and joined the CC server, I saw some scouts running around with something called a Valve Rocket Launcher. How exactly did that get into the game?

Since I came along, actually.
That randomizer thread doesn't do it justice.

Regardless, don't overuse the valve rockets, people.
It makes valve that much closer to killing each and every one of us with a SourceMod-disabling update (or at least a giveweapon-disabling update).

Valve weapons disabled, sm_ludmila and those other commands disabled, horsemann disabled.

I posted somewhere, but they're re-enableable only during unsrs time.

We need to have an unsrs vote that automatically toggles those three and other plugins.
