Been trying to figure out how to get on a TF2 team for a while now. I would love to be on a cC team too. Not sure if I'm good enough but I very often top the scoreboards of games I am in.

There going to be tryouts and such?

the season has already started, what class would you be, and whats your loadout for that class?

Of the four main classes for competitive matches I am best at scout and soldier, although I am a little better at scout than soldier.

Scout: Scattergun, mad milk (subject to change), and fish or sandman, depending on the type of match or map
Soldier: Direct hit, gunboats (subject to change), equalizer

As I said before I am not sure I am the best at TF2 but I often top the scoreboards of matches I am in.

I'm fine with all those weapon bans. Don't normally use any of them anyway except the mad milk, but I'm fine with getting rid of it.

Spleenter, if you haven't noticed, you sort of kind of can't have matches on Fridays. I wasn't just scheduling matches on thursday and before for convenience.

Not really, but sorta kinda. I "picked" players that were good at the classes I knew we would need. Captain is renowned as the best soldier in cC. Spleenter played off-medic last season. Doghouse played Soldier last season, but was pushed down to scout when our original scouts had to drop. Yulond is a very annoying Demoman, and meeting him in any corridor can spell instant doom for you if you play your cards wrong. We picked up Rudedog from last season. Lag King has been around for a while. Other than that, we pick backups from whoever wants to be a backup.

It also helped being the only other person in cC with the balls (besides Hurt) to play comp medic. There's a lot of pressure on the medic, and your nothing without a good team to help push and protect you. It also helps if you have a mic cough doghouse cough and play on the servers when you see us on, the more you play with us the more we'll learn your style of play and the better chance you have of getting invited to the team.

I didn't have a mic last season, and I got WAY more forfeit wins then. Besides, if I really had to, I'd play medic.Of course, my extremely short annoyance factor for scouts would have me break doghouse's legs in anger if he doesn't stand still for health.

If hurt comes back next season ill be backup medic again, or roaming soldier.

Realy? i thought it was warmonger.. guess im wrong. and i also thought that daedalus was a good demo, but i havent seen him around for a long time.

P.S, i actualy saw auslander on the mainserve ron the weekend, his first time in like, 6 months, he had no idea about the polycount weapons, or anything that came out after them.

Warmonger is known as the big cheating bastard who hacked his computer for free crits every shot. He wouldn't be AS useful in CEVO, seeing as they disable random crits.

We also couldn't get any of the "famous" guys like Auslander to join.

Those are the guys currently on the roster. I couldn't get any of our previous scouts to join again. (Apparently Surnem has a life and Twister is too busy staring at his Golden Wrench and won't play TF2 anymore.)
