Maybe I can say I get an average of 20FPS because of my shit laptop.

Just saying, I've been on cC since November 2010(That's when I got TF2), but I just registered.

So don't hate on me for being extremely new, because I'm not.

I'm not used to using phpBB forums. I don't know what's 'stickied' or not. (Probably because I'm too lazy to look for something else other than Sticky: <threadtitle>)

Try using dx8 if you haven't yet despite that everything looks like crap with dx8,it runs 20% smoother

Try not to get off topic here..
I made that skin myself,I changed the skin a little after to take that aperture symbol off and add a little more crap to it
This photo was taken a few weeks ago,I took a photo to mainly show flamin the skin.
