AFK manager

I did not see this in the forums, but if this has already been posted about then I apologize. The AFK manager is just too short. I can't even get up to pee and come right back before getting moved to spectate. I realize this is a small nit picky thing, but it also seem like something that could be fixed relatively easily.

[side note:] love the map arena_breakfloor_b5, don't know if someone here made it, but that is what attracted me to this server.

Also: I think the AFK manager has a fine time.

I think the afk manager should be like 2 minutes. I can't even get up to go to the bathroom without being moved to spec. and I ran once just to see if i could make it - i could not.

If you aren't at you keyboard you should be in spec.

Nobody liked an AFK person and 2 minutes is a lot longer than you think. I mignt be willing to increase it by 15 seconds or something along those lines but it is short because people complained it was too long.

At least it doesn't kick admins out of spec like it used to.

Non admins get kicked from spec after five minutes (total).
