should of figured i could of done better. Plus now i think of it, i ran my testmap at a faster VIS instead of normal on occasions because the map sometimes didnt run. I'm definitely sure that my map has a shitload of props taken out. Oh well maybe next time. I hope to learn more optimization and creativity before hand.

I'm not saying who, but you definitely weren't the worst. People just need to learn to think outside of the box. After everyone has given me theirs I'll throw out a few things that anyone could have done to earn extra points*.

*beetle points are not redeemable in most states

This is my room, first time I've ever used SourceSDK so the room only consists of props and a few health and ammo pick ups. I know I won't get the games in the contest, but I really don't care. I have L4D2 for the 360, and Borderlands with all it's content already.

Ok. I tested the room, couldnt find any problems. music buttons work and i put the .mp3's in a "sound" folder. Everything that i could find to name i named "gervangster_(name)". Let me know if anything is wrong.

whats a disco without atleast a choice between songs
i have noidea what the problem is and i tried to fix them very hard

edit: Speedblader's room is one of my favorites now. T00bz is the only one who came close to letting me leave his room as is, but speedblader's I didn't have to change anything nor did I have to ask for his more than once.

So the map that will be released this week will be b1. It will include everyone's custom content - no downloading 2 files to get it all. Here are some things that didn't make it into b1 but will in the future.
- People's rooms will not be named.
- Rooms won't be numbered.
- No hotel diagram.

It will have a good amount of empty rooms. Everyone who has turned theirs in so far has been included in the hotel. Those that have not but still want to enter a room may give me a room over the next week. Don't put anything custom into it - no songs. no custom textures. Since you second round people missed the deadline you won't have your choice on which room you want (it was very annoying to scout out everyone's room as they gave them to me). Lemme know if any of you are interested so I know what to expect. Otherwise, I'll just continue to fill in rooms. You can take a look at the hotel so you can see to you whether its worth it or not.

The map overall is O.K., it's hard to find certain room without a guide. I suggest numbers on the outside of the rooms and maps everywhere of the hotel and room numbers. Another thing is the emptyness of it, I know you tried to fill in some rooms, and trust me, you did a fine job of doing that, but we need more people filling the rooms or allowing members to make more than 1 room. I also liked the decor outside the rooms, the underwater pyro, the little trees and bridge area, and the animal containers, Good job on that.
