FO3 Mod installation

I tried what the readme said, i probably am just doing a detail wrong.

All you really have to do is take the zip file, look through it until you see the meshes folder,texture folder, etc., and drag that all into your fallout 3 data folder. Then you go into the fallout launcher, go to data files, and then turn on the esp. Like you did with the official elder scrolls addons. Then jump into your game and you should be ready to play
