You're forgetting that since calculatedChaos is an LLC, stealing it wouldn't be the BEST idea...

If something's NOT PUBLIC, that means it's only for who the developers say can have it.
If other servers have it that WERE NOT AUTHORIZED by the developers, they most likely STOLE IT.

a members only server would be a nice escape from the terror of the fun server, and recently i havent seen anyone on the "test map" server. but most of the people on that members only server would be admins.. which could possibly lead to an admin war, the very exsitence of which could tear the server appart and enter the entire server into a state of chatostrauphic hell by deleting its password prodectedness and merging it with the fun server. where you would be trapped for ever in some sort of limbo, forced to listen to 10 years olds mic spamming (omester....) and you would bnever be able to disconnect..EVER. (some one should make up a poster like this one.. http://www.splitreason.com/product/cad-comic/866 except make it about tf2..) yeah so what ever...
