i already got both hats and all 5 achievements the candy one is the main reason it took so long. the first hat youve probably already seen and the second is a paper bag which you get for finding 20 candy things. also on the paper bag it says "holiday restriction:halloween" maybe we can only use it during Halloween?

The bags had the Halloween holiday limit on them, so yes, you did lose the ability to wear them after about a week after Halloween. You'll be able to wear 'em next year, though.
