Trust me, he does. But since you can't remove his powers just ban him till he wises up. It's worked so far with phrozen. I only had to ban him twice and i am trying it on doghouse but hes just a troll.

Captain, You could always organize a set time and day in which a vote would be taken. Just try contacting as many admins as possible before hand. Contact people ingame, especially on Monday and Tuesday nights. (I think those are the nights, though I'm not sure).
By the way, another thing about candies that could turn into a problem, people can just go into spectator, and go AFK. You don't get kicked by the console as quickly. Which could let a lot of people accumulate tons of points to gain lots of candies then either tele or whatever.

I don't think you get candy when you are afk or in spec, you need to be alive. You should get kicked to spec for being AFK after about 5 minutes max and you need to be in game for 15 minutes to get any points.

Anyway, since I just moved admins to work off the same database as the forum I can now make a web panel for anyone to add admins to. Then I can give a few people access to do so and then I won't have to moderate admins by myself. I think I can also do bans this way...

I will say something that may surprise some people that think i don't want them to have admin.... i think everyone should have admin.. i think we need to rent out a back office of a nice Denny's and hold a meeting on how and when to use it... and why you should never use on other admin or on regulars (being drunk has a few exceptions). i say this Denny's is in the dallas area in the middle of our great country of "america" but really i don't think anyone should get admin taken (only if they are always abusing and cannot be reasoned with) but there are few of those hell.... hellfire and doghouse stop when i ask so i think we'll be good so long as everyone knows there place. plus its a fucking game if people still are not happy after a change u make or if we keep it the way i want take away all admin then have people earn it... its not a right to mute and ban people that don't agree with you. just putting it out there

/cstats shows your candy. /buy buys stuff with your candy (which you can only do in one server),

For the non-serious/less serious servers (funserver and... up to you to determine the other one) you could do popcornmod, if that works, where random gifts pop up around the map, you pick it up, you get some type of benefit/loss. Like RTD, cept random, not triggered by typing in rtd. I think popcorn mod is one of the two mods listed on fpsbanana for TF2...

Personally I think that you all need to leave uber alone, let him do what he wants because its his business not yours. You don't like him ignore him but you making post towards him isn't doing anyone any good and not make uber stop whatever his is doing any less.

....rather than being the same thing, I suggest giving an addition to the tag for admins (such as cCA for Calculated Chaos Admin, or cC:Admin) to differentiate between the two.

i do have costomized dots for us (my tag,burnings tag,etc.) and even a special "full' star for captain the moderator

I think you need to take even more care to not step on anyone's toes or share you opinion. (oh wait not possible)
