Welcome, we're a fun bunch (except gypsy), you'll have fun here.

No seriously. You ever wonder why you have to aim below your target? It's cause you're bending your barrel by using it for chin-ups.

I always refered to pull-ups by - close grip, wide grip, etc... Guess I never heard the distinction between a chin-up and a pull-up.
Still, chin ups also work the back, they make it thicker by using muscles closer to the spin.
wide-grip (pull ups) mostly work the lats but are also good for the tris.

I'm so freaking bored and want to go home and update TF2 but instead I have to sit hear and talk about the differences in pull up types. :barf:
This would be worth money if you had it in writing
