open up a new post or reply to this thread and scroll down. there should be a section thats labeled Filename and directly below that File Comment.
* Hit the Browse button, browse to the pic you want to attach to the post.
* Add a comment in the File comment box.
* When you're done, hit the submit button and the upload will start.
* Insert the attachment into your post using the Place Inline button (only seen after upload).
keep in mind that large attached pics will be resized down to something sane. its always a good idea to resize your pics to something less than 1024px before uploading.
alternately, you can remotely link images using the IMG bbCode tag.
again, be mindful of the picture you link. large pictures will obviously take a long time to download and display on a slow connection.
