ACTUALLY! I was replying to a guy who had posted this originally in Russian. I don't know what happened, but he deleted his post and somehow I became the "author" the thread, and wasn't able to delete the post after I saw he had left. I was just being friendly welcoming the guy, it translates to Hello UnaRem, just by the way.

lmao I deleted it. It was spam right?

Oh god I just realized something. Tgamep was telling me about how so many Russians come on to the server in the early morning. All these people posting in Russian might not be spambots.

What did he say, Noodle?

Well the guy who posted this thread initially just said something along the lines of "hey, i like your servers and your forum. I hope to get to know you" I don't think he was spam in here.

The other Russian one that was just posted about an hour ago was definitely spam though.

Edit: and the title of the thread pretty much translates as "hey", nothing weird.

and noodle, maybe you should've mentioned most of the people on here only speak english

Anybody who comes to the forums speaking anything but english isn't thinking right. I mean, you don't have to speak it, but at least translate your messages before you post.

Yeah it was kind of dumb for the guy to expect people to understand him, considering everything else is English, other than spam of course. I just happen to be taking Russian in college now, which is the only reason I posted anything in reply on the guys initial post.

I still think he was a bot. We've had English-speaking bots that might sound normal to people who don't regularly speak English.

but you forgot, the spam is advertising something or throwing in a bunch of random words, which this guy didn't; I think

No beetle is right, there are some spambots that post that.
