id say im a pretty decent medic.

I have increasing skill as engie, maybe one day I'll take your spot there. That or medic .

But for demo I'd have to say - xratter - wins it, if we extend the reach to regulars.

Xratter is a great demo, but I wasn't sure about adding non cCs. I know a lot of people that can play medic well so it's hard to say which one is best. However I will say that playing medic (and similarly pyro) has a lot more to do with strategic awareness rather than skill. Some people will run around as a a medic and be shooting people or healing the wrong people at the wrong time.

Xratter is in cC, if memory serves. He just doesn't wear the tag.
I might have fit into that Medic slot, many moons ago, in the days of yore and SM. At least I hope I was good considering for the longest time, all I played was medic. I even remember Primee saying "Wow, Kerplunkers going as something other than medic?"

I was about to say K-man as medic but since I haven't seen you playing medic in a while I wasn't sure. I remember him healing me and just being able to run around and never die.

I don't think I'll ever be considered for a list like this.... It makes me sad.

I'm a good pyro and on arena maps I'd say I'm a pretty good battle medic

Xratter isn't in cC but he may be an admin anyway. I was thinking Xratter/WengWeng for best demo as well. The problem is that once you open it up to non cC, some of the list would change.

Medic is a hard class to pick. I have a few people I would nominate but I realized that the only reason I think they are good was because they healed me for entire rounds. A decent medic becomes amazing when they heal someone who protects them.

I am getting better at engie. It's my second most played class. I used to play sniper a ton in TFC so maybe I should try and get that back up again.

I think everyone should post 1-5 for each class as there rating. Then everyone else can come on here and shoot it down...

I'm going to go for 720 hours as pyro - so I can become the anti-jening. Hopefully by then, I'll be tha masta.

Good luck. If you are wondering why plastic put himself as engie it's because he has 200+ hours as engie.

I am pretty close to 170 as soldier right now.

Engie is my desired goal class, because playing offensive engineer is just plain satisfying. It's just that as defensive engineer, all the noobs come rolling in so you can't really do you job that well.

My highest play time is only 50-ish hours as engie, and everything goes down by 5! after that. I can play a great engie, but spy and demo are two other classes I am good with. If anyone has any input as to which class I should just stick with and try to master, I am more than willing to take that info to heart.

I'm pwetty awesome with Spy, Medic, and Pyro (but never better than Plastic).

Yea my highest time as a class would be Scout with 88 hours and Spy with 87 >.>

I might write a few words in the class section on being a pyro and engie. As with most classes there is a point where it becomes intuitive. I played mostly soldier in TFC, and could pretty much play 2fort classic all on my own against an entire team. When I started TF2 that's what I played, but I found that my play style has become more geared towards strategy rather than brute force. You can see it with Warmonger, he will be playing really well but his team might suck and so he will lose. In TFC a really good player could lead a ball sucking team to victory. In TF2 it's just not the case, there is a lot more balance. Even as a soldier if my team sucked I couldn't do much. As a pyro, I can change the balance of the game a lot more. You can look at my TF2 stats on my community page, the order there is probably the rank for me in skill in each class. If you want to see something crazy look at how many hours Warmonger has played soldier.

Jeeze, warmonger has 100+ hours as Sniper and I don't even recall him playing sniper ever.

If we ever do worst in class I nominate myself as spy. Through my extensive TF2 career I have amassed a whopping 1.5 hours, and it shows.

I don't know Keke, I am pretty well known for being a terrible spy.
