I'm not sure of what you have to type in say chat, but if you know then this is what you type in console..

bind f "say <music bind>"


music bind being what that command is...!playmusic or whatever it is

If you have another key bound to play music (usually it's the delete key), then check what that bind is by typing "bind del" in console and bind your F to do the same.

If you don't have music playing software yet, it's impossible.
