Boomer = Dr. Robotnik
Straight from the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon, he's the hilarious genius we all love.
Sounds taken from the cartoon, or more precisely, various YouTube Poops.

Witch = Yumemi Takanashi (Yandere girl)
Oh no! The witch's unconditional love for her dear Onii-chan seems to have affected her mental wellbeing!
