New slot added "Misc" underneath the head slot, that would be the one for the medal.
Achievement "The Big Hurt: Stun 25 ÜberCharged enemies." no longer possible, the sandman doesnt stun ubers.

It's just a fancy equip for your soldier's misc slot. It puts a medal on the soldier's left shoulder.
