i could never figure this thing out..... i've tried EVERYTHING on trying to get my OWN SPRAY on to TF2. PLZ HELP anything will du!!!

Once you have an image that you want, you can read my post here to help you out a little bit. Basically you need to make an image 256x256 and import it into your game. As for making it work in-game, this might help a bit too.

The only thing you need to download in that tutorial is VTFEdit.

ok.. i installed it... downloaded it.... i opened it.... it said it says that it wont open beacause it doesent "EXIST"!!! WDF?

You probably don't have a .net framework set up on your computer yet. You can try extracting the "Archive (775 KB)" download to a folder to see if it works, same thing. If not, it's best just to get the framework for your computer (available here). It'll come in handy for other programs later as well.
