I'm actually playing alot on this server, and I see admins teleporting around like complete morons.
Of course, i started whining about it, and I got an answer which said: "This server was made for admin abuse" from this admin called "hellfire".
Someone, please explain.

A: CaptainAngry made the Funserver as a place Admins could do whatever they wanted. Some admins go there to vent on stuff that's happened. Others just go there to pick on new players.
B: You were complaining about us building sentries on Final_Destination. That's not admin abuse that's abuse in general.
C: Under NO circumstance is it ok to disrespect admins. (Ex:Calling Hellfire a Faggot)

Okay then, but is there any same kinda server WITH good admins?
And to the this B. : It wasn't admin abuse, but it was just pissing me off.

People who call anyone faggot should be kicked anyway. Be a little more creative.
Yeah, the FunServer was made for people to teleport and do stupid shit. It was also made to move some of the maps that didn't fit in with our other server but that some people still thought were fun. I did this because some people wanted to play these maps and do this shit and other people would just leave the server.
For a long time the server was almost always empty. Then Steam released the update which made idling the hot thing to do and I ran the server as 24/7 idle for a couple weeks. After Steam fixed their mistake and I went back to the regular rotation, I found that for whatever reason the server now had a following.
Every couple weeks we get someone around here that complains about admin abuse on the server and we tell them, that was what the server was made for. As much as it might make people angry or push them away from the community, I can't take that away from my admins just because people now actually go on that server.

I've never really seen teleporting as that much of an abuse, as it was made for admins to do. If it was actually MADE for them to do, then it's not as abusive as, oh, say changing someones name to something embarrasing for no reason.

Cap is completely right of course, it is a place where we can do basically where ever we want. If you stick around and become a regular and then maybe eventually a member you'll understand but most people who come here and complain don't stick around.
Also as I think Phrozen has pointed out, there are other servers. You can find them I think on the main screen. We play a lot more 'hard core' or not as goofy as the fun server. If its all just a misunderstanding or you not knowing and you want a real game go to those.

Once you become a member you get a small portion of admin powers. (Like Tele)
