No seriously. You ever wonder why you have to aim below your target? It's cause you're bending your barrel by using it for chin-ups.
I always refered to pull-ups by - close grip, wide grip, etc... Guess I never heard the distinction between a chin-up and a pull-up.
Still, chin ups also work the back, they make it thicker by using muscles closer to the spin.
wide-grip (pull ups) mostly work the lats but are also good for the tris.
I'm so freaking bored and want to go home and update TF2 but instead I have to sit hear and talk about the differences in pull up types.
