I have just completed my first map! It's as done as it's going to get without some player feedback to tell me what needs changing, moving around, etc. Once (if ever) this map is to the player's likings, I'll add some details to make the map look/feel a bit better.

I have no name for this map. 'The Locker' is just the name that seems to go with it best. Any map name suggestions are welcome.

The biggest difference is that I made the room outside spawn (with the stairs) a bit bigger.

If you could, move your download link up to the top post and recompile the map with all lowercase letters in the name. Uppercase letters wreak havoc on the whole linux/windows difference, sometimes. It's a thing.

It's a pretty fun map. It's small and simple and just great for fighting.

I've made an update to the map a while back. I made the room right outside spawn (with the stairs) a bit bigger. This fixes the following issues:
- Spies jumping down from the stairs and backstabbing newly spawned players
- Snipers from having direct access to the point and the ammo cabinet almost simultaneously
- Makes alternate route from spawn a little bit more desirable
- Room isn't as claustrophobic
And I made the main room a bit brighter. People seemed to be wanting that.
...AND I tried to fix the missing textures issue I think a player was having. I have no clue how he was missing the textures as they are hl2 textures, that I had access to while making the map, and I don't have hl2 installed, so I assume they came with the source engine... But just in case, I hope packBSP helps.

Awaiting FlaminSarge to upload the latest map for a while now. I hope it happens soon so you all can play on the improved version! Its good to see that you guys seem to be liking it as it is now. I'm pretty sure the new update won't deteriorate the gameplay mechanics of the map, but only human play testing can tell...
