Prawblems!

When ever I log into TF2 the game starts to lag and then freezes.

I have no clue how to fix this when even re-installing the game didn't work

I only have two possible ideas as to what happened.

1.) I accidentally started a cache verification that I canceled, and this for some reason cause the game to update.

or

2.) There was a power outage at my house while the computer was on hibernate.

:f5hand: :o

I found my problem. Earlier in the day my computer said that my computer was trying to access(?) a new I.P. And because i had just woken up, I blindly accepted it.

My question is, how do I fix this and go back to my old I.P.?
