Cooking with Anonyma
Cooking with Anonyma
I made some fudge this night. Quality fudge, the kind you would purchase from a mall or a resort hotel.
It took a cup and a half of sugar, two tablespoons of butter, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a quarter-teaspoon of salt, then half of a can of condensed milk.
All of these items boiled in a rather large pot for four minutes after the butter is fully dissolved. Stir constantly until you are finished.
Then I turned the heat off, and added a cup and a half of chocolate chips (I've accidentally added two cups, which made the fudge overbearingly rich), as well as two cups of mini-marshmallows. Once everything is melted together in a full chocolate form, this is the fudge at it's most purest form.
Then throw in whatever extras you may want, I threw in peanut butter chips and a large bag of M&Ms.
you could also add nuts or pretzels, or nothing at all if that suits you.
Afterwards, place the mix in any container, then cool the fudge for two hours in refrigeration.
Love and waffles, Anonyma

Do you have any pictures of a cross section? Or is it all gone now. When I or my family buys/makes fudge the hardest part is getting a nice solid piece and not having it crumble all to hell.
But it always tastes great and I'm sure you're enjoying it with those extras you put in there!

considering there's a knife in the pan with a square piece of fudge cut out, I'd say that is the final.giggles wrote:not a fan of fudge but it does look good!
