Remove charge in the melee only mode.

Remember when you couldnt charge at people on checkers and chambers and the other melee maps? Well an update a while back broke that. And its getting really annoying especially when i'm playing chambers and the demoman charges and kills me before I can move away after the chamber opens. Please remove it from use in melee maps.

We don't make the maps or mods as far as I know and we can't do anything about that,
