How to play spy with the dead ringer.

WORK IN PROGRESS
The dead ringer is an alternative cloak for the spy, it acts quite a bit differently than the others though. Pull it out and when you take damage a fake dead
body drops and you get to cloak away for 8 seconds. The bad thing about this is that you cannot cloak whenever you want. While dead ringed you take much less
damage. I think about 10% of what you would normallu take.
The spy has many revolvers. Most people don't use them, but they are way more useful than you think. The ones I use are the default revolver and the
Enforcer. The enforcer is perfect for a dead ringer spy since its negative attributes have no power against a dead ringer. Although if your not using a dead ringer, you
should stick with revolver. The enforcer is much stronger than the ordinary revolver.
The spy's key weapon is his knife. One hit to the back (unless its a sniper with a razor back) will kill someone instantly. There's a lot of ways to stab people
and I will explain more about that later. You can go with whatever knife you want when using the dead ringer, but using the Eternal Reward with it might be much
harder. I stick with the default knife.
The spy also has a disguish kit. You can pick which class you want your character to look like. Usually you want to pick an enemy class, but during some
situations (such as setup time) its a good idea to disguish as one of your own teamates. Do this by pressing the minus key [ - ] which should bring you to another menu
just like the first where you can pick which friendly teamate to disguise as.
Now that you are familiar with the spy's load-out, lets explain tactics! Lets start with disguising.
Good disguises Ok disguises Bad disguises
Soldier Pyro Scout
Demoman Medic Heavy
Engineer Spy
Sniper
--Situational disguising--
Some classes tend to have their own "areas" on different maps, of course theres always exceptions. For example lets look at ctf_doublecross. Snipers like the
battlements area. Engineers like to inteligence area. enemy spys are often found in the sewers. Disguising as one of these classes in one of these areas is usually a
good idea UNLESS who you are disguised as is there. Then your job is to go about killing him.
