He has 5 votes left,Although,He shouldn't have such a small amount of votes already,especially with such a small amount of posts.

So either;
1.Captain gave him admin for some reason that has nothing to do with votes

2.He Cheated,And people immediately down voted him to 5.

The vote thing is just a way to keep people busy. If someone gets enough votes, cpt still has to manually say yes and activate them. So, cpt thought he was a good choice. Is there a reason he shouldn't have admin?
