A Map Downloading Problem

I have enjoyed playing on the fun server for a while, however I've noticed something that has caused some problems. http://gaming.calculatedchaos.com/tf/ It seems that the /maps section is hidden, and because of this certain users are unable to download the custom maps on the server. It would be most appreciated if an admin could repair this.
