Hey guys well since the last post of the new IP there has been some bugs we have worked out that have cause lag on the new server. But now we've got an awesome "super" server!!! The new server has 15 gigs of ram and a quad core processor. Talk about power We are nearly as powerful as the Reddit servers. So enjoy guys and we figured we can have a hell of a lot of people on the server now, and I mean a lot! like over 45+ and beyond! So go ahead and try it out.

New Server IP: 184.106.105.206

Server Specs (Cause they are so sexy, lol)

15 gigs of ram
Quad Core AMD Optetron Processor (I don't like AMD but its better than nothing)
A 60Mb/s Down to the Internet and 50Mb/s up to the internet
A 2 gigabit connection in house to the database

And it runs a kick ass minecraft server

Lol, all of this on my birthday, I spent my birthday configuring a server :P

P.S Captain change the IP on the main thing of the forum

Also I should mention that all the Moderators are broken but all Admins are good. I will get that fixed tomorrow.

More RAM means less lag.

now could you remove the borders so we can have fewer people crammed around spawn and more exploration.

thats all fine and dandy. but nobody has told me why the fucking border kills me.

I have to admit, it'd be much better if the border just stopped you in your tracks instead of killing you outright.

Why not just make an Adminium wall surrounding the border?

IT wouldn't kill people, people can adjust their buildings to cope with it, and there's no way to get through it.

First, it isn't called Adminium. It's Bedrock, get it right. second that would be stupid looking making a black wall straight up and for miles in each direction.

I was sorta thinking the same thing lol. I was like "so where would be worthwhile place to start building?" I got overwhelmed and left after chopping about 5 blocks of wood.

You guys have all valid points and I respect them all I just don't understand like why if we dont like the stuff made at the beginning of the server by admins, why cant you guys just like go explore and find a clear area? Please dont take this wrong, also I may be mis-interpreting what you guys said also..

Because when we actually play the game, we die to monsters and stuff. We don't want to spend 5 minutes getting back to our dropped loot.

Don't get me wrong here but when I first opened up the server it was meant to keep some originality... Not where "Hey its free for all" then that defeats the point of the game call "Minecraft" But I will take your response into consideration

My opinion is to keep the server "survival" more or less. Not everybody should have access to the /give command, and those who do have it should be able to use with their own judgement.
Now, as a person who has access to /give, my opinion is probably biased. I like to gather cake-baking and structure-building materials on my own, though I do use /give to obtain diamond tools. However, since Minecraft isn't a "pvp" game, per se, a person with access to infinite iron or diamond isn't "superior" to a person without access.

Also, trekking back to gather your loot is half the fun of the game.

Hey Legend, I just discovered that the server won't let me place TNT (or water, weirdly), even though I'm a moderator.
