I don't know, but I got a Hotrod for my V, lvl 69 (oh boy) KGB's.
And I've been trading all my other V's for same weapon plus scrap (and one guy just gave me a bunch of low level v's back so I'm turning thos into smae wep + random.)
I've made about 2 refined just clearing out my vintage for regulars. (plus the hotrod)
But zarik, you'll have better luck on a trade server than here with this.

The weapon* is gone anyways and people go crazy for vintage weps :P
