Beetle - sorry for this, but the new wallpaper is an eyesore @.@ Makes me look like fierysnake. "LOL COLORRZZZZ" so uh... Would you mind changing it one last time? You can put it back to the vertical lines you had before, at least it looked like normal wallpaper... Really sorry about this. I'll save up some metal and give it to you as repayment for your time. I was wondering if anyone could make me a better instructions poster for the hide and seek mode. Mine is obviously crappy and was made in 5 seconds because I am not an artist.

added a couple more rooms
started to alter the skybox to make it look more college-y
took out scared effects over players' heads
made the kill jail just do damage over time as killing everyone at once created lag spikes
added more ammo
fixed getting stuck in an endless loop of the secret room
added dm version for screwing around on

-gonna try arena mode instead, so dead ppl can see where ppl are hiding and spleenter cannot admin abuse as much
-fixed rogue textures
-added more rooms


Gonna go and set a date for final rooms.

Any rooms turned in AFTER June 1st will not be accepted. I plan to have a final version shortly after. tell your friends

well, cpt added a map config so the server would scramble, not the arena mode. lemme know how that goes.

While we're on the subject of Jayson, he wanted to know about the bug he's been having that involves invisible hats on only the cC servers. I think I've heard about this before, it's related to a plugin or something, right?

One last thing: I know how much you hate when people ask you stuff like this, Beetle, but in the "forest" room, could you adjust the gradient decal coming out of the cave so that it's facing the right direction?

fixed your decal.

also, gonna have to remove the animated engi. sorry. too many of the animated props and framerates start to drop.

also, error in your animated zombie picture. might wanna check the compile log.

After running the compile log through the error checker, I actually get an error for the "static" vmt, which is weird.
keyvalues error: recursiveloadfrombuffer: got eof instead of keyname in file materials/oldmanjenkins/static.vmt

Description:
There was a problem parsing this texture ( materials/oldmanjenkins/static.vmt ). Looks like you forgot to close a (couple of) brackets in this file? Or perhaps a string not closed with a "?

Solution:
Find the file, open it, and fix it. If you don't know how, see below.
I compared the vmt's for the zombie image and the static image, and the syntax appears to be the same, down to the number of spaces used.

(These have spaced lines and such in the actual files.)
Is the error a visible texture glitch, or just a console/compile log error? These vmt's were a pain to make, so it only figures that there's something wrong with them. :awesome:

Also, thanks for fixing the decal, and I totally understand about the engie model.

You don't see an obvious mistake? There's not an equal amount of open and close brackets...just like the error suggests.
