I was browsing threw a tf2 website thing and they were saying that Tf2 may be going to pay for play
Do you think this is true???????

Nope. Valve has stated many times they're against P2P.
Hell, the reason why the xbox hasn't gotten any updates is because Microsoft wanted to charge for it and Valve refused.

They already added a cash shop. No pay-to-play game integrates both subscription-based gameplay as well as a cash shop.
