First, It is illegal by valve standards to sell items.
Second, Nobody in their right mind would give you money for a bunch of code in a video game.
Third, you're an idiot to even bring it up.

You guys have to lurk on the tf2 forums.
Valve stated it isn't illegal to trade items for things like money or new games. You just won't have a safety net.

Im sorry that egonny and I dont trust poeple who dont trade you immediately for something. there is no way of telling if we would follow through after the money gets to him. also all you really had to do would be tell your credit card company after you got the hat that you didnt make that charge, then you get your money back, he loses his money, and you get his hat.
oh and celtic just because you got black ops for a medal doesnt mean you are smarter than egonny and i, if anything we are smarter because we wouldnt do anything like that.
also if his credit card ever gets cancelled you lose that game. ask lan and tgame, that happened to them. so you better hope his card never gets stopped.

I didn't get a copy of black ops for a medal. That was Bishop.
I'm the guy that got 6 copies of it for free then sold 5 online.
Also, on the whole credit card thing. LaN bought A LOT of stuff in the steam store, over $600 I heard, with a credit card that was not HIS. A lot of people were telling me it was his parents card.
Valve obviously thought that Lan was either using a stolen card or was hacking in some way to get all this stuff, so they cut off everything he had.

This guy is an obvious scammer, he doesn't even have the hats he's selling and didn't have the hats he says are already sold.

Hats are part of the software, and is therefore owned by Valve, and as you don't own it, you can't sell it.

Yeah, pretty sure you can't sell hats for money or anything in the game for that matter cause you're making a profit.
