I don't know if you can do this, but

The High Times

Sniper Rifle Replacement

-10 clips
-drug effect when scoped up
-no charge
+instant kill head or body ( most likely head )

Yeah, seems overpowered, but the drug effect on scope (if possible) would make it so funny.

Not instant kill when non-scoped. -90% damage when nonscoped.

@LaN that plugin seemed very buggy when I tried it.

Using spray menu to spray someone else's spray crashes the serv.

Also, I think that's low admins only. I can use spraymenu fine. Was doing /adminspray, /tracespray, etc, no crash.

Then /admin, server commands, admin spray, etc.

NO.
CRASH.

So... low admins now have a way to crash the server...

I think valve fixed koth_always and other large maps crashing (bestinclass).

Btw. I was just testing stuff on my test server.
Big things happened.

Hint: Equalizer Pyro (remember how I said it wouldn't work cuz of a bug? How only Soldiers and Demomen could use the shovel-based weapons? Guess what got fixed.)

I have the latest beta of the TF2Items extension, but I expect an official release shortly. Will put either on the funS (and a randomizer update that lets all classes get all weapons) tomorrow.

Btw, net difference between beta and current version: one bit (byte?). One "00" changed to "01". Literally. I had a picture of it.

Secondary Pyro Shotgun:

(^Maybe add a nocrit debuff to make it more fair?^)

I probably should've specified that the stats were NOT final.

Firehose is probably going to get a nocrit and damage debuff, as for the Queen Mary too.

Cleats are gonna get a slight move speed debuff, and I'm removing the damage resistance buffs. Sentry resistance debuff is staying.

Back knight is staying as-is because it's a rocket launcher that fires in reverse.

Tranq. should be okay. I might give it a bit more of a damage debuff. Probably 5%-10%.
Slow might be nerfed to 5 seconds.

math time.

If it flies at 100 feet per second (f/s)
-50% means it flies at 50 f/s
-100% it fires at 0 f/s (stands still and doest go anywhere)
-150% it fires backward at 50f/s
-200% it fires backward at 100 f/s
-300% it fires backward at 150 f/s

math may be wrong, but i intentionally put 150. because in order to get -200 f/s you would need to double the percent in the negative direction. making it -400%.

it does no damage to anyone else, however if you land a hit on someone you explode.

I liked reia's suggestion. It might work better as a spy knife, where backstabs full-stun the enemy instead of killing.

Even though there is no category for changing the spy's sapper, I still think this might be a interesting idea.

The Zapper
Lvl 6 Stun Gun

Does not work on Engineer buildings. When used on a enemy team member, stuns him for 2 seconds. You lose your disguise when performing this action. :science101:

It could have like a 20-30 sec. cooldown. The animation could be like getting killed with a laser, without the silhouette and floating parts. (and the dying part as well :) )

I played a Zombie Fortress mod that was like that... It's really damn annoying, because if there's a teammate of theirs around AT ALL, it does absolutely nothing. If that's all it does... it'd be nigh useless, wouldn't it?
