well "didn't" and "then" sort of sound similar, so that makes it interchangeable in this case, right!?

Didn't is a contraction for Did Not, while "then" is it's own word. "Then" would fit the sentence structure because it pairs up rather well with "told". "Didn't" doesn't work quite so well because it's a present tense word. "Did not people told me to stop saying that" is not a grammatically correct sentence, because told is past tense and didn't is a present tense word. "Then people told me to stop saying that" would work because Then and told are both past tense.

:cawg: while then is it is own word
you used a contraction instead of a possessive

trade servers suck. I've been searching for a blighted beak but can't find one.

So decided to try a few trade servers yesterday. One kid said he had one then scoffed at my offer and wouldn't even talk to me after i said I was willing to give him quite a bit, just name it.

Luckily the trade servers keep people like that busy and out of the game.

I gave a freshly found, right after the update, blighted beak to doghouse for christmas.

Guys guys guys. I was kidding. And it wasn't suppose to make too much sense. Fierysnake doesn't. I pride myself on my grammar when I make an effort. No, not everything is grammatically perfect, but trust that I know the rules ;p

Just take it as me taking a stab at Fierysnake whenever I mention him.

I was kinda wondering if it was serious or not because of the "right!?" at the end. Guess this answers my question.

http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198008008196/

My fault really, I clicked the button too fast, but he made of with my vintage soldier stash painted indubitibly and my Snipe Bucket painted olive.

-------------

Just one of those days

Gizmo on the fun server said he'd trade a voodoo but needed wrap. I gavce him wrap and he split.

This guy needs hazed at the very least. The other guy OK, it was trade server and I was stupid. This guy was on CC AND he has friends there.

-edit-

OK, tracked him down and got the trade, still, I think hazing is required for the shadyness.

if the first guy scammed you and there's chat records of it then you can get those items back from that first guy by submitting a report.

Take this from me, as I'm one of the assholes who've done this before but couldn't care less. Don't trade if you don't know value. If you care about appearance rather than quality then dont trade things you want to keep.

dont believe me?

Yes, I'm an asshat from the screenshots. They're a little down on the screenshots page btw.
Don't fall for what I do.

That's all I'm going to say. Whatever you want to do with the guy is your problem. super paperclip was a fucking idiot to do that, but still it was not fair of fluttershy.

Fluttershy really didn't take it seriously. He/She (By inference) thought paperclip was just fucking around with him.

If people don't know the value of their items, or can't take the time to look it up, that's their fault.

If you offer me a hat for a weapon and it's what you want, that's a fair trade.

It's not a scam if each person gets something they want.

Sure they're not of equal value, but if the person is ignorant of the prices and are happy, I'm not shedding any tears for them.

Hatters gonna hat.

I once scammed some kid a bunch of genuines/vintages and I told him that Iwas giving him the valve pack.

He cried so much at his mic that the owner banned him from the server :awesome: .
And then I sent all those hats to the other account and then that account got hacked.

EPIC FAIL.

Of course this was possible before Steam fucked up the trading system of TF2.
