I play it (and I love it), yet I only have the hacked version, so I can't play with you

If you haven't heard of it, you probably wouldn't like it.

Yeah I know, but I usually read reviews in magazines, so I posted the first thing that came to mind.

Is it at all worth it if you already own Civ.4?

Yes, very much so. There really isn't much point to Civ 3 and 4 after 5.

Pffff Civ 5 is no better then Civ 4, just diffrent in many ways.
Btw, the reason I comment is because Stalker, KIA, Burning and myself have all been playing this together if anyone else wanted in on our occasional game.

I have the complete legal version of Civ 4, and I recently got Civ 5, there are many things in Civ 4, such as unit stacking (which you cannot do in Civ 5) that are very handy. Therefore when I decide to bombard a city and try and take it over it's a lot harder, because you can only have so many units nearby, making it harder. So in Civ 4 I would just get like 10 catapults and units that had a high attack strength against cities and stacked them up and if I had enough I managed to get the city in one or two turns. In Civ 5 it's at least 10 turns if you're lucky. I might play multiplayer but I have a slow internet connection, and I generally lag when in multi.
