Plugin Request to Flamin' Sarge or anyone

Hey,
I was wondering if it will possible to make a plugin that forced everyone to go soldier, and only gave them the Rocket Jumper (or regular rocket launcher if they didnt have the rocket jumper), the buff banner/or other horn, and the Equalizer.

Everything else would be normal. If you could make a plugin that did, I would love you.

Completely possible.
But only with a certain extension.
That's the extension that lets admins have golden engy melee weapons.
