No Game Icons on Desktop

Havn't found any support forums on steam about this, figured you guys could help. Mainly TF2, no icon shows up, just that error-type icon. I could get icons for some games (i.e. Alien Swarm) by digging through program files and whatnot, but I can't find one for TF2 and adding a shortcut to the desktop through steam on any game just gives that "Missing Icon" paper. (Not exactly sure what to call that, sorry.) Any idea how I can fix this?

Icons for steam games can usually be found in C:\Program Files\Steam\steam\games (Program Files (x86) if you have a 64 bit computer.) If it isn't there for what ever reason, I will upload the tf2 icon here so you can use it.
EDIT: Apparently the forums hate me and won't let me upload it.
