Possible hacker?

I was watching my brother (Night) playing on the fun server and we both think that there was a hacker there by the name of Sastora the Jackalope. Now we're not completely sure if he was hacking or not, but we saw him kill a demoman with one hit with the sniper rifle and it was not a head shot, and we both know a demoman can survive two shots from a sniper rifle as long as it's not a headshot. He also has no-clip, but we're not sure if an admin gave him it or if he hacked it.

Sastora is an admin and also a forum moderator.
She has been around for a long time, i know for a fact she is no hacker.
noclip is explained by her admin powers.
a fully charged non-headshot does 150 base damage.

and a demo man's health:
175 base
(150 with the Eyelander equipped and no heads)
(260 when buffed by a Medic,
225 with the Eyelander equipped max heads)

...Well how was I supposed to know:
1. Sastora was a girl
2. She is an admin
I haven't been on CC to know everyone yet. Also, I never noticed the demoman has less health with Eyelander (Probably sense I only use it as demoman)
Anyways, Sorry Sastora for accusing you of hacking. But you can't really blame us for thinking that. That is probably the first time we saw you.

Lol, sastora a hacker? Is not possible. But in all seriousness sas you need to me how to, oh..what did he call it no-clip. Just kidding, i know you are no hacker and you have high admin. And i use a lot of commas in my sentences.
