However, he is not as incompetent as bush was,

But in a sense, I see him more conservative than I wish he was, I hope you understand what I mean.

Obama isn't the government bro, the President isn't a monarch, he has no control over laws and a lot of other stuff.

I agree, but he is still a third of the federal government, is the superior of the entire military, and can veto bills, preventing them from becoming laws unless the congress can pull a majority together to overrule the president's veto. But like I said, at least he is not Bush.
