it is a training map with awesomeness. As in a great place for an engyville or just plain randomness.

Isn't that more of a single-player map?
Also, isn't it official now?

It's been advertised, not really an official map by Valve's terms.
And it is and should be only used as a single player map. Reason is that it uses bots and sv_cheats to change all the settings. sv_cheats + public server = bad.

I guess it was just recognized on the tf2 blog.
