OK, so, i have the orange box on disk so i don't need to worry about that, but i downloaded l4d off of steam, now, when i wipe the harddrive on this computer and put stuff on the new harddrive how do i get l4d on there.

Once you reinstall Steam and get all of your account info up there, in your games tab you will see a category for games that you haven't installed yet. You can install it directly from Steam by just selecting Left 4 Dead and telling it to install. This also works for anything else you've purchased or activated on your Steam account, so even if you lose the discs you can always reinstall.

So i just download steam, sign in on my account info and install my games?

Yes, sir. It'll automatically download any game you own if you tell it to.

or you could put the games on a flash drive and install them onto your new computer that way >.>

But then you have to spend money on a flash drive if you don't have one. And for wamp he's gonna need a flash drive with a whole lot of gigs to put all of his games on there. It's much easier just to download steam then just install the games.
