i got my account hijacked and know ill never be on steam someone hijacked my account and know he or she changed the password

If you just made a new account, you would have to buy all your games again.

You need to try and get your account back. People get their accounts hijacked all the time. Not too long ago, someone hijacked a bunch of accounts of caclulatedChaos members with a phishing site that harvested usernames and passwords by faking the steam community login page.

You have to remember that once your account is hijacked they start messaging everyone on your friends list to try and hijack them as well.

It seemed like it was a HUGE epidemic this week, I even got many messages from people not on my friends list.

I added your steam ID to the forum so we can see when this guys signs on with your account. If anyone catches him online, you should try and fuck with him.
