I realize that with milestones back it doesnt matter but this is if you want some hats

basicly its a command prompt that makes it think your actively playing tf2 , doesnt count as hacking as your not even in game and such cannot get VAC banned
it tells you which items you've recently found you can change options to delete duplicates, but not duplicate hats.
