General Tips
You are a caffeinated, meth addict, crack baby. Use it to your advantage. Duck, dodge, dip, dive and.... dodge.

You always want to be on the move, and never standing still. Also, don't use the same movement patterns, change it up. Double jump is your friend, change directions midair, jump forward, back, sideways, downways and so on.

You deal the most damage point blank, but you also take the most damage point blank, find a happy medium where you can out deal damage. Flanking your enemy will increase your damage done.

Face it, you are not a medic's friend, you are too quick and your DPS is to low to defend a medic, so they will ignore you after a quick heal. This means you have to learn where all the medkits are on a map.

Class specific strategy
Scout: Be a better scout, move quicker, move better, be more accurate.
Pyro: Distance is your friend here, pull out that pistol and knock down their health. If you can manage to flank a pyro, be sure you make your shots count because you have 2 or 3 at the most before you get burned.
Soldier: Always stay moving, double jump constantly. Circle them as they uselessly fire rockets.
Demoman: Same basic strategy as the Soldier. If he is using stickies, keep the battle on your terms, bring the demo with you. Make him leave his stickies behind.
Engineer: Pistol the sentry from behind a wall, ducking in and out to avoid the sentry fire. If you are lucky, the engie will come after you and you can finish him off in your hidie hole. And then you or your team can finish the sentry.
Heavy: Again movement. Also, if possible, put some obstacle between you and them. You can move quicker than they can pivot and fire. There is a double edged sword with the heavy, you have the best chance at close ranger of beating a full health heavy, but if you are careless or they are better they can kill you much quicker.
Medic: DO NOT MOVE IN STRAIGHT LINES IF YOU ARE AGAINST THE BLUTSAUGER. Otherwise, medic is easy to kill.
Spy: Easy to kill, just watch for the dead ringer.
Sniper: If its TgameP, do NOT jump he will pick your head off. Move erratically, without any pattern while gaining ground, strafe around the sniper and pick him off quick.

Maybe for Direct Hit soldiers. Keep your distance with regular soldiers or they will splash damage you to death.
