What is the correlation between bsd people* and dark beer? The more BSD people I meet, the more drinking buddies I have.
If you're ever near Omaha NE we should get a Guiness or something, I know a few good beerpubs in the area.
*note:I was going to use "user" instead of "people" at first but everyone knows what a "user" really relates to.

im mainly a "linux guy" but have BSD tendancies (tiny bit of solaris). most of our production boxxen are net or free bsd, but ive managed to get a few gentoo linux boxes up as well.
one of my oldest friends mom and dad are off-the-boat Germans. so naturally, crappy beer never entered into his house. ive since developed a bit of beer snobbery i suppose. my motto is basically "if it tastes like crap, im not going to drink it". ive always tended to like the heavier english/scot/irish ales, and clean euro golds and blondes, but i try not to discrimanate!

i shall. ditto if you are ever in the Toronto, Ontario area (or anywhere in the 400 corridor). lots of good pubs here!

Hokay, let me rephrase that.
Do you mind if i use your pictures to make custom textures? Textures for different weapons and things like that. I like your brick pictures, they show nice texture.

The composure of that pic is really nice. I don't like the color of the filter though.

thanks! positive reinforcement is always welcomed!
i think it was a very light '300' type look. brings out contrast really well. tbh, the original didnt look much different. i might try the straight shot with just a bit of vignette, might have a different look -- im just a bit behind in processing stuff tho. been messing around with HDR.
