He-he nice tats, I had a person that helped out our marching band and he had the tri-force symbols on his leg. He said it was for his drum core/p group but I don't know.
My dad has a bunch of tats but none nerdy, at least I don't think so. His is more of demonic and dragons and stuff.

I thought about it for a long time. I decided that the Zelda tattoo would be a good thing to represent my childhood. I got the ATHF one with plans to continue with cartoon characters on my legs. I havn't been tattooed in a while so I'll have to make an appointment to go see my tattoo artist.

I reccomend getting something else done in white first, to see how it looks under your skin, and how it ages. As far as I know white is the most difficult color when it comes to keeping it looking the way it did when you first got it. It has a tendancy to disappear or turn into an off white. You will want to look at prospective artist's portfolios and try and find someone who has expierence using lots of white too. Not saying it can't be done, but it is a possibility.
The most important piece of advice when it comes to tattoos is to make sure you find a good artist. DO NOT SHOP AROUND FOR THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN, shop around for the best artist in town, and be prepared to wait a few months for an appointment. As with anything in life you get what you pay for, only this is going to be on your body forever, or cost a great deal more to remove. Think hard about what you are going to get.
Sorry, this is all a bit off topic, but I am very passionate about the subject. Tattoos are Art, and I believe they should be treated as such.

I have a couple...but just symbols, not characters or anything
I've always wanted to get the imperial cog...but had doubts when teh first 3 starwars movies came out
I kinda hate the one on top....but I got it because I was leaving oklahoma and wanted a constant reminder to never go back.
