Spectators Sappin my Weapon Drops
It seems a drop only happens every so often on the server - what are the chances as the spectator is getting the drop that otherwise would have gone to an active player?

From my interpretation of the blog update it's player based not server based. So no matter what everyone else is doing you have the same chance.
