If anyone is having problems with those pesky FO3 textures

Right, so I got back into fallout 3 today and I dled some mods. Anybody who tried this knows that the textures are all buggy. They strobe, turn funny colors, or just don't work. This what you do.
Figured somebody else would have this problem, so there we go.open the fallout.ini file in your documents\my games\fallout3
press ctrl-f and search for "bInvalidateOlderFiles" without quotes.
check if it is set to one (bInvalidateOlderFiles=1) if not, change to 1
