Adding New Plugins

I am going to be adding a bunch of new plugins this weekend to help with some things on the server that users have either requested or to correct bugs with plugins we already have. I spent the majority of the morning going over all of the available TF2 Source Mod plugins and have selected the ones I feel would benefit our server the most.

This will allow anybody to start a vote to scramble the teams. It will also fix the scramble so it doesn't reset the map time like it does now.

Will enable Friendly Fire and Instant Spawn during the waiting for players time on a server. Just a little fun thing.

Apparently when building custom maps if you don't add camera points when everyone on one team dies and there is no one to spec it crashes the server. I'm pretty sure this is one of the reasons our server crashes from time. This plugin adds a camera point when there is none to prevent this from happening.

Zombie Fortress is a mod that uses special ZF maps. There are only a handful but it would allow us to play these maps.

Most of these commands are stupid and I thought hard about this one. There is one thing in here that we need and that is the ability to change a users color to normal. As part of roll the dice, sometimes people get stuck in a weird color causing confusion and this plugin would allow admins to fix it.

This will allow me to make class limits on specific maps. For instance, I would be able to disable snipers on billiards which has been a consistent request.
