I suppose I could add this. I would imagine that very few people sit out because the server has to be pretty full for that to happen.

The server gets to 29/29 often, and then a ton of people sit out.

The default arena's max players is 10 per team, which means 9 people have to sit out every round when the server's full. That's alot of people.
